Hypnosis is simply, a powerful learning state. It is a natural, normal state of mind that we all enter and exit several times a day. Enjoying a movie, listening to music, reading a novel, the moments just upon waking and falling asleep- all hypnotic states! And we can use this natural phenomenon to make incredible changes to our habits, beliefs and behaviors. 

It is the process through which we take time out of our busy lives, focus attention and instruct the mind and body to make desired changes. It is comfortable, safe, and effective.
